The site also uses essential technical information needed to operate the website. Google may receive limited device and IP information when fonts are loaded. Do not send sensitive financial documents through the contact form.

We use your information to respond to your inquiry, understand your mortgage needs, arrange a consultation and, with the appropriate consent, provide or coordinate mortgage-brokerage services. Contact-form submissions are processed through Netlify. Information may be shared with Groupe Hypothécaire Orbis, lenders, credit-reporting agencies, professional advisers, service providers or authorities only when needed for authorized services, required by law, or with your consent.
Cookies, analytics and other services
The landing and thank-you pages use Google Ads and Meta Pixel to measure advertising visits and successful lead submissions. These services may use cookies and receive information such as page URLs, device information and online identifiers. Campaign parameters and ad click identifiers are retained in your browser tab and included with your lead submission to help identify its source. We do not include the name, email address or phone number from your form in the conversion events sent by this website. You can manage cookies and tracking through your browser settings; blocking advertising scripts can limit measurement without preventing you from submitting a form.
